Sessions are designed around the attention span and energy level of 4 to 6 year olds. Everything is fast, playful, and low pressure. The goal isn't to teach skills — it's to help your little one fall in love with being active while making their first real friendships outside the home.

TK and Kindergarten families take note: if your child is enrolled in a Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten program through a charter school, they likely qualify for PE vendor funds — and Power Play PE is an approved vendor with several Sacramento area charters. This means Little Movers could be fully covered by your charter budget. Email us with your charter school and we'll confirm right away.

Park Days and PE Go Together.
Homeschool families love park days. So do we. Free play, fresh air, and kids being kids is irreplaceable. Power Play PE is something different, not something better. It's structured, coached, and happens at the same time with the same kids every single week.
What we didn't expect? The moms. While their kids are inside moving and laughing, the moms started showing up early, staying late, going on walks together, and building their own thing. Nobody planned it. It just happened because when the same people show up to the same place week after week, something quietly starts to grow.
